Dear Anna,

Ava is now 7 years old! Her birthday was July 9th. I don't have many pictures to post because most of the time I was too wet to take pictures. Ava got a late birthday present from Mommy and Daddy, it was a Bitty Baby! She was so happy, she named it Emma. Happy Birthday Ava!!!!

Summer of Fun!!!

Dear Anna,

Yesterday my family and I went bowling! We were all excited because this was the first thing we did from our summer of fun list. All of us have our own unique way of bowling. Cooper sort of throws his off to the side, Ava runs up, gets her momentum going and then swings it forwards backwards then throws it , and Charlie well... He just nails his ball towards the ground and lets it roll! The bottom picture is done in negative! Doesn't it look cool? I love bowling....

Pumpkin Perfect!

Our pumpkin is growing more and more each day. Just a few days ago it started turning orange! Last year when we carved our pumpkin we scattered the seeds in our butterfly garden and...Voila, a pumpkin turned up!! We were hoping it would be ready to carve by October but... it might be ready a little too early!

Books!!!

Now that it's summer, I am reading tons of books. Since school got out I have read six good, long chapter books. I just found this really good series by Margaret Peterson Haddix. She has a series called The Shadow Children , She also just writes books that aren't in a series. One of them, my favorite, is called Uprising. It is about three girls from 1911 caught in a fire that changed America. At least that's what it said on the cover!! I already added more books to the "My favorite books" section. I can't wait to see you again!

Braces!

Dear Anna, Yesterday I got new braces! They don't hurt as bad as spacers. I got green and pink rubber bands.They took forever to put them on! I was there, sitting in a chair for an hour and a half. The hardest part was holding my mouth open for so long! They said it will take about 30 minutes to clean my teeth EVERY night. Well, at least I get ice cream! Love, Bobbi:)

I'm so sorry i haven't posted in so long! we've been so busy. the sock monkey you made is SO cool! he looks so cute with his arms crossed. we went to the beach on Sunday too. i am going to send you and M.J.a letter, so i don't have much to tell you. ha ha! i can't wait to see you SO badly .i miss you so much.

Sock Monkey

Dear Anna,
Yesterday I was at my Nan's house and we spent all day making a sock monkey. It was a little tiring with all the hand sewing but when the monkey was done... it was worth it. We even went to the craft store and got him a little hat. He is so cute!:) I named him Larry.
